Musa Ndlovu is a results-oriented Strategic Solutions Analyst who is committed to delivering high-quality client outcomes through innovative data-driven strategies. At SRV, Musa is involved in projects such as

• Impact data analysis, operational process support, research and insights development

• Sustainable development and impact finance outcomes support

• Building inclusive data hubs and climate-smart data centers

• Developing regional economic development strategies

Musa has worked with SRV on projects for notable clients, including Appalachian Community Capital, Dogwood Health Trust, and the MasterCard Center for Inclusive Growth. Her work includes engaging with CDFI partners to deliver actionable data insights, facilitating deep data analysis and business process improvements. To support the Appalachian Community Capital Data Hub (DH) project, Musa ensures the creation of informative, interactive, and purposeful data reports that direct quality leads to CDFI partners. She is adept at transforming business processes to enhance value for previously unserved small businesses.

Before joining SRV, Musa interned in Investment Banking at Bank of America, where she gained valuable experience working on various deals. This hands-on experience provided her with a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic planning, which she now leverages in her role at SRV. Musa holds a BA in Business Administration.
