His focus on strategic governance and leadership of dynamic change management processes is complemented by deep experience in design and delivery of transformative technology and agile capital solutions for impact-oriented institutions and enterprises worldwide.

Jesse has a rare capability to work across the global to local spectrum of geography, as well as at every stage of institutional and enterprise growth and development. This is evidenced by his proven recent experience in direct and transformative leadership of an international impact finance holding with thousands of employees, over 2 million customers, and nearly a billion dollars in assets—as well as through his numerous governance and advisory roles helping to enable and empower diverse local, regional and global leaders through successful change management processes. This experience has focused on supporting and guiding financial institutions, investment funds, tech enterprises, impact philanthropies, governmental agencies, and more, ranging from hyper-local to multinational in scope, scale, and impact.

Jesse holds a Masters in Public Management with specialization in Economic Development, and a Certificate of Corporate Direction with Distinction. He is a native and resident of the Southern Appalachian region in the United States.
